Council Vice President JP Morrell and Council President Helena Moreno now released an ordinance to curtail taxpayer expending on “non-vital” vacation for all town officials.

If passed, the ordinance would restrict the mayor and any council member’s investing on airfare and area and board to $1,000 per trip.
