BILOXI, Miss. (WLOX) – The developer who proposed creating a Residence Inn next to a historic Biloxi neighborhood is scrapping all those ideas in favor of flats.
Harrison County Lodging Enhancement will go in advance with building Aqua Suites, a boutique resort along Freeway 90 west of White Avenue. But instead of setting up a multi-story, 180-home Residence Inn, the business will develop apartments on the land closest to Father Ryan Avenue.
