The best travel sites for last-minute deals on summer vacations

There are still so many places to visit for a last-minute summer vacation. Here are the sites that offer the best deals on getaways before the summer ends.

If you’re looking for a site with the full package, Expedia is your go-to place. The site offers deals on flights, hotels and car rentals to make trips easy to book year-round.

Right now, Expedia is offering packages with hotel and flights to destinations of your choice. The site has a “last-minute deals” tab, which offers discounts that are valid within the next two weeks on a variety of hotels for several U.S. cities.

Booking.com is offering 20 percent back in credit after you book a vacation rental in the United States. A separate promotion offers discounts on global travel until Sept. 30, 2021.

The site specializes in booking hotels, apartments, resort rooms, villas and cabins. If you’re looking for more last-minute deals, you can also check TripAdvisor.

Priceline.com is another all-in-one site that offers a variety of bundles on hotels and flights. The site prides itself on free cancellations and flexibility for all trip planning.

Whether you are planning a trip to Florida’s sunny beaches, or you are looking to go international, Marriott has a long list of locations. For last-minute travel plans, Marriott has car rentals and flight options through Labor Day. (BTW: If you’re looking to vacation in the Las Vegas area, Caesar’s Entertainment has deals valid until July 30.)

InterContinental Hotel, known as IHG Hotel and Resorts, have locations around the country and there is still availability for vacations at the end of summer. Offers include hotel rooms and discounts on extended trips.
