Robert Johnson, 26, of West Babylon, is now struggling with charges of murder, assault, and criminal possession of a firearm.
Police say 25-yr-outdated Byron Morales, of Brooklyn, was gunned down just after midnight outside the Dream Lodge on West 16th Avenue concerning 8th and 9th avenues early last Thursday.
Morales is thought to have just remaining Tao Downtown Cafe, positioned upcoming doorway, and authorities say there was some style of dispute exterior of the club that led to the capturing.
He was struck in the torso and rushed to Lenox Hill HealthPlex, in which he afterwards died.
The motive stays unclear.

With clubs reopening and corporations permitted to keep open up earlier midnight, there had been several witnesses who noticed the aftermath.
“There’s just too much crime in the metropolis these days, they have to enhance law enforcement funding,” one particular witness explained. “There is just too a great deal violence going on in the city now. It can be a reminder of the old times, we have to raise stability in the city. It is sad, it can be frightening.”
“NYPD is executing additional gun arrests than at any time ahead of,” Mayor Bill de Blasio explained when questioned about the surge in gun violence. “Communities are operating more carefully with the NYPD once again. We are heading to turn this about.”
