Options have been authorised for a massive new Hampton by Hilton hotel as properly as hundreds of households in Rochdale city centre.
Rochdale Borough Council on Thursday gave the eco-friendly mild to the £50m blended-use designs which will now be sent in a joint venture concerning Genr8 Developments and Kajima.
The two corporations will work in partnership with the council and Rochdale Enhancement Company for the scheme located at Penn Road and New Baillie Road.

The 55,000sq ft Hampton by Hilton lodge will be developed across seven floors.
