Joint Undertaking to Produce Hilton Lodge in D.C. as Element of 830,000 SF Blended-Use Task

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Trammell Crow Co., Superior Road Residential and MetLife Financial investment Management have strategies to produce a 203-space lodge in Washington, D.C., referred to as The Morrow at Central Armature Works. The joint venture plans to companion with Hilton Around the globe Holdings Inc. on the resort, which will be part of the Central Armature Will work progress, a 830,000-square-foot mixed-use growth that broke floor in 2019.

Shalom Baranes Associates is the project’s architect, and Clark Construction is the common contractor. The developers plan for Central Armature Operates to accomplish LEED Silver certification.
