Hyatt has entered into a management settlement with Signa and Central Team for Thompson Vienna, slated for completion in 2024. The 148-room lodge will be situated on the town’s Mariahilferstrasse in a blended-use development, which is set to function cultural venues and a division store from German brand KaDeWe.
Architects Oma and inside designers Tara Bernerd & Partners will deliver the job to lifetime, creating a contemporary, edgy scheme motivated by the architecture and distinct qualities of Austria’s cash. This will be complemented by the Thompson brand’s layered structure, culinary sophistication and luxury company.

Thompson Vienna will sign up for Park Hyatt Vienna and Andaz Vienna Am Belvedere in the Austrian money. The growth follows Hyatt’s announcement of designs to debut Thompson in Spain with a new resort in Madrid.
