Following renovation, Copeland’s of New Orleans established to reopen within the Southlake Hilton

Copeland’s of New Orleans, the Cajun-Creole cafe in Southlake Town Square, is established to reopen soon after a 4-thirty day period-very long renovation venture.

The cafe, inside the Hilton Dallas/Southlake City Square Lodge, is scheduled to reopen Sept. 20.

Renovations commenced in May well, in a partnership with dad or mum corporation Copeland’s of New Orleans and the possession group, Driftwood Funds, according to a information launch.

New menu items are also on faucet, including a crab and avocado stack, bronzed grouper and herb-crusted salmon.

“We are hunting ahead to reopening to convey a minor piece of our spouse and children and New Orleans to Southlake and the surrounding communities for many years to occur,” Al Copeland Jr., chairman of Al Copeland Investments, reported in the launch.

El Paso native chef Omar Flores was the executive chef at Driftwood.
