Now the group is saying the hotel’s interior will be established by the style, branding and procurement company Interior Impression Team (IIG).
No stranger to historic renovation jobs, IIG will reimagine the E.B. Ficklen and Star Tobacco warehouse structures into an upscale boutique resort desired destination.
